How long does a HiBob implementation take?

There is no single implementation duration that fits every organisation. Copieux Group scopes HiBob work around your team, countries, data, payroll and workflows, then plans the sequence and dependencies with you.

Copieux Group is a UK HR work design and HR systems consultancy that gives HR teams at 200 to 1,000-person companies a day a week back by fixing the work first.

How long does a HiBob implementation take?

HiBob implementation time depends on the core scope, countries, data readiness, payroll links, integrations, decisions and resourcing. Copieux does not promise one fixed launch period before those details are confirmed. Individual add-ons have indicative timings, such as about 30 days for Talent and Payroll Hub, about 45 days for Compensation, about 90 days for Workforce Planning, and two to three weeks for one extra country.

What can change the schedule?

The schedule can change if employee data needs substantial clean-up, country or entity decisions are unresolved, payroll fields and ownership are unclear, integrations need custom work, or stakeholders cannot review and approve configurations promptly. A plan should make these dependencies and decision owners visible. Copieux Group is a UK HR work design and HR systems consultancy that gives HR teams at 200 to 1,000-person companies a day a week back by fixing the work first.

Should HiBob modules be implemented together?

Not necessarily. Each add-on is a mini-project with its own scope, testing and launch. Sequence modules around prerequisites: build the Job catalogue before Compensation and Workforce Planning, and establish Sites before adding Positions. Payroll Hub needs Core HR and a bank account table.

What happens before configuration starts?

Confirm the outcomes, workflow owners, countries, entities, data fields, permissions, payroll relationships, integrations and measures. Clean and validate the data that will be migrated. Agree the tests, approvals and launch responsibilities before configuring.

Who manages the HiBob implementation?

HiBob implementation packages give the customer an implementation manager. Configuration is done by a partner or by the customer’s own team. Copieux works with the customer to map work, clean data, build configuration, test scenarios, train users and prepare the handover.

What should happen after go-live?

Reserve time for support, issue resolution, usage checks and a review of the measures agreed before launch. Copieux ends the final support week with an offer of Care or Optimise. Both include a quarterly health check.
